By downloading or using Notch ("the app"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The app
Notch is a personal habit and quit tracker. It is for personal, informational use and is not medical, health or professional advice. If you are dealing with addiction or your health, please also talk to a professional.
Free use and the free week
Notch is free to use with up to three habits: the month wall, your consistency number, streaks, the year wall, reminders, backup and the widget. The first time you close the Pro offer, every Pro feature opens for seven days. That free week happens inside the app and does not start a subscription or charge you. When it ends, three habits stay free and nothing you logged is removed.
Notch Pro
Notch Pro removes the habit cap and adds Held / Slipped buttons to the home-screen widget. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase with no renewals. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your data
Your habits stay on your device. You are responsible for your own device backups and backup files. Deleting the app deletes its data. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app, and don't use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer and liability
Notch is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
